The findings underscore the need for interventions to improve provider education and patient-centered communication strategies.

Boosting PrEP Awareness:
Key to Preventing HIV among Black Adults in the U.S.
This study examines factors influencing PrEP awareness and use among Black adults in the US, a group heavily affected by HIV. Despite PrEP's effectiveness, only 71% are aware of it, with factors like incarceration history and STI testing linked to increased awareness and use. Tailored interventions are crucial to improving PrEP uptake and HIV prevention.

Navigating Justice: Integrating Services for Women in Opioid Courts
Explore the experiences of women in the inaugural opioid court, highlighting the need for integrated support for those facing opioid-related charges. Through interviews with 31 participants, understand their challenges with medical, legal, and social services, advocating for gender-specific interventions prioritizing trust-building and early action.
